The Finance Department is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of all City Operations.  This department assists the City Manager in the preparation of the Annual Budget and Capital Improvement Programs.  Day to day responsibilities includes: Investments, Debt Management, Bank Reconciliations, Accounts Payable, Payroll processing, monthly and yearly financial reporting.
